Hershey High School is excited to announce the hiring of Dale Hall as the new head wrestling coach. Hall brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished wrestling background to the Panthers, making him a great addition to the Hershey Panther district.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Hall graduated from Hartford Union High School before continuing his education at the University of Wisconsin Parkside and later Adams State College in Alamosa, CO. At Adams State, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in K-12 Physical Education. His wrestling accolades include earning All-American honors in 1990 as part of Adams State’s National Championship team, and in 1991, he captured the National Championship title at 126 pounds.

Hall’s coaching and teaching career began in Alliance, NE, where he worked from 1992 to 2009 before moving to North Platte, where he continued from 2009 to 2024. Throughout his career, he has coached football, tennis, and wrestling, demonstrating his passion for athletics and student development. He has coached numerous state medalists and state champions, and most recently led the North Platte Bulldogs to a runner-up finish at the 2021 NSAA Class A State Championships! In addition to leading the wrestling program at Hershey, he will also be coaching the girls' tennis team.

Hall, who has been married to his wife Cheryl for nearly 34 years, is the proud father of two daughters, Gabrielle and Kimberly, who both reside in Lincoln, NE. He credits his family as his biggest supporters, always standing behind his teams and athletes.

Hershey Public Schools is thrilled to welcome Coach Hall and looks forward to the leadership and experience he will bring to the wrestling program.
