The Hershey FFA Chapter wants to share some exciting news regarding our "Elementary Ag in the Classroom" initiative. The FFA Chapter and Ag classes successfully connected with nearly every elementary class to bring agriculture education to our young learners. Each class enjoyed a unique lesson and activity, thanks to our dedicated ag students.
Additionally, the Hershey FFA Chapter donated a book to the 3rd grade classrooms as part of their Connecting Chapters program. We are thrilled to announce that Hershey FFA will be recognized at the State FFA Convention for our efforts in training, reading, and leading these lessons.
Looking ahead, Hershey FFA is planning to collaborate with our county leader in the spring to finish our end of this program.
Although we have almost completed our initial goal of connecting with every classroom this year, Hershey FFA is eager to continue working with the elementary classes in the spring!
