Dear Parents, We hope the school year is off to a great start for you and your children. As we continue to prioritize the safety of all our students, we want to remind you of the designated pick-up and drop-off locations for TK-6 students. The south concrete lot will be temporarily closed to all traffic due to necessary concrete repairs. This area will remain closed until finished. District Recommendation: We strongly encourage all TK-6 parents to use the west parking lot as the primary pick-up and drop-off location. This area is specifically designed to ensure a smooth and safe process for students arriving at and leaving school. Concerns About Alternate Locations: We understand that some parents have been using the south gravel lot or the paved concrete lot for pick-up and drop-off. However, both of these areas can become extremely busy during the morning and after school, which poses safety concerns for our students. Safety First: To ensure the safety of all students, we urge parents to begin using the west parking lot. Students may enter the school through the west doors or walk around to enter through the activity center. Fall activities have officially started. Your Hershey Panther Softball team hosted Cozad today. Panther JV won 4-2. The varsity gals played a good game, but lost 8-1. Great effort by all the girls.

Senior Banner pictures will take place first followed by Fall Sport pictures. Seniors MUST pick up a Senior Banner Form and turn it into the office before pictures are taken! #PANTHERMOJO

What an AMAZING evening at HPS💙 We kicked off the 2024-25 school year with our PK-6 Open House tonight.🏫 A special thank you to: Hershey State Bank, HELP Club, Double Dips, Dr McConnell, KSB, Our Bus Drivers, Nurse, Secretary, Teachers, and all other staff members that made this possible. TK-12 STUDENT PICTURE DAY will be THIS FRIDAY (8.23.24) for the students and staff at Hershey Public Schools! Once again, Nebraska Portraits will be taking pictures and will communicate with parents/guardians regarding ordering information after the picture day.
